Joi and I have a flower bed at my parents house. Yesterday I decided to weed and clean it up a bit. After that I wanted to cut some rock. I got so frustrated with having to dig through box after box of rocks I decided to put all my rocks into my flower bed. Clean bed and lots of boxes another view rock bed some other views Thanks for looking

You might want to put up some electric wire to keep rockhounds out! LOL Good thing it's in the backyard.
Cute frog!

That's a pretty efficient storage method.... as long as the garden isn't in view to rockhound passersby.

Yup that's like the perfect solution! Just make sure you water them everyday!

I was thinking something very similar after unpacking 7 boxes this weekend onto shelves and looking at the remaining 30 piled around the shop. I just might do some "weed discouragement" around the rose and butterfly bushes this weekend...

Looks great Jeremy and will look even better after each time it rains.
I have done something similar in my front yard but have used my "junk rocks" instead. You know, the ones you pick up but later find are too pitted or cracked or whatever.

Some how I just don't picture you as a gardener.... Looks good and it'll look great when it's raining.

That looks great! It's a good thing VA is far away from my corner of the US... I'd just "borrow" a couple....

There is this one old timer in the Santa Cruz MGS. His entire front yard looks like that - with arizona petrified wood, mariposite, obsidian, just to name a few. Everytime I visit I wanna take something home ;D.

Hmmm, looks a little sparce in the top right area... Better order an extra one or two more FRB's, just for good measure! ;D Love the concept though the neighbors might start to think you've lost it when they start seeing you go picking through your garden all the time for rocks and then start cutting them up like it's "normal".
