I tried to register and just like that other first timer it gives me an error . I followed the instructions right down to the letter and I still get an error. I know that all has to be case sensitive, no spaces between letters. I have been working with computers for many, many years, and am quite skilled with them, however, still no luck. I have just ordered my first tumbler after reading from this message board on what I need to get started. I really enjoy this site and would like to become a member so I can pick everyone's brain when I have a problem. Thanks, Gary

Hi garys, I'm new here and had trouble at first today, too. Then I re-read ALL the instructions ("when all else fails, read the instructions" = boring, but useful sometimes) and discovered that I first had to get my email of welcome which contained an assigned password. I can change that after I'm in, but that way they can confirm your email address you used at registration is valid. Good luck!

Hmmm, I will have to register a few test memberships tomorrow and see how I fare. It seems that some visitors have probs and some dont, so it could be down to cookies/browser/operating system etc.... I feel a "Definitive Guide to Registering" paper coming on. Its my wifes last day of the holidays tomorrow before dreaded work on Monday - I'll get shot in the head if I spend too much time one the PC. Will do my best though. Andy.

I didn't have problems registering, but it won't stay logged in even if I click the the stay logged in button, oh well, that way I have to remember my password
