I have been cutting up some of the petrified wood from the Pet wood haul. I cleaned some of them up tonight and took some pics. Some tops I cut off, I am going to polish the flat side and make some paperweights. Some of the slabs Some stand up displays, they sit on a cut side and show a cut side and some of the natural bark on the rest of the faces a closeup of one of the slabs same slab but moved into the sunlight I am still working on a few pieces, so there will be much more to come later.....................Tony

That lonk black and white slab that you also zoomed in caught my eye, too. The redish one in the left of the third pic is also a beauty.

Great slabs, Tony, and those stand-ups'll look awesome when they're done.
I can see that flat-lap runnin' non-stop for a while. ;D

Cool stuff Tony! Is your wood stable? All the Western wood I've ever gotten has been so fractured it's impossible to cab.
