My little saw broke tonight. I don't even know the proper part name, but it's the shaft that the blade and pulley connect to. Any good sites where i can find the part I am looking for??? Thanks, Steve

Holy Crap Kev! Are you serious man???!!! I have searched the internet trying to find the model # but to no avail. I'll take a quick pic and send it to you so you can see if it's fixable. What an awfully nice gesture. THANKS! Steve

Steve, do you mean the arbor?( www.cyberrockhound.com/SawArborskit.htm) Kev can make any shaft, and he could drill holes needed to match holes on you saw, but I do not think he can make a "sealed" arbor. Finding the closest one to what broke and getting any modifications (like holdes drilled) to match up may be best course.

Heres a few pics. The weld is broke, but my blade stops spinning while cutting, almost like it's slipping or the arbor is shot. What do you think?? Steve

I think not Dan! Thanks Kev. I'll try to get it out before this week. I'm gonna really miss not having a little trim saw. That's my baby..:^( Steve

It sounds like Kev has you covered. If anyone needs Highland Park parts Diamond Pacific has a bunch. They bought Highland Park from Contempo Lapidary that bought it from MK when Highland Park sold out. Rumor has it they have a shipping container of parts they got in the deal. You have to talk to Don Depue at Diamond Pacific for any of the parts not listed in their catalog.
