A couple of years ago I went to the Dominican Republic for a vaca. It is the only place in the world that mines Larimar so of course I had to pic up a couple of cabs. This is one that I wrapped free hand style. I'll wrap anything I can get my hands on, thus a piece of shell from the beach. Thanks for looking

OOOOOOOOOooo I like the swirlies!
On the first one, how does that hold in place?

Tweetiepy, the stone had a little bit of a groove all along the side of it similar to Adrian's bezel wrap, so I took advantage of that. I think the stone was once part of a piece of jewelry or something. I bought it at a strip of beach where merchants have tents set up. Flea market sort of spot.
I know you like the swirlys so if you need help in instruction, just let me know.

I'll get pics up on the back as soon as I can. I'm still working on getting a camera and am at the mercy of others for pics at the moment. I will tell you that the back design is haphazard in that I secured the stone & shell in no particular manor other than making certain it was secure.

Those are truly beautiful! I think your wrap-work looks great with the style of the stone...the squiggles remind me of waves.
