A little chilly this morning so I had some time before I could get to my painting project this morning. I used that time to clean out the slab bucket. Rocky Butte jasper, I really really like this stuff. a couple of closeups A chunk of pipeline canyon that Jamie and Rodney brought me last week. (Thanks you 2!!) Some more of that roadside obsidian and I got a back lit shot for you Roxy Some glass I am cutting for Harley, it looked really cool at first, but as it gets cut into 1/4" slices it kind of plains out. the last of the flint nodule I was cutting last week Thanks for looking and I hope everyone has a great Labor Day.......................Tony

That Rocky Butte looks sweet. Tony, pardon my ignorance but is that glass natural? If it is it is really cool.

Lori, I think it is just slag glass, big globs of glass that is kind of a waste product from making glass. The aqua one was about 8-10 lbs and the lighter one with the inclusions was about 3 lbs. The broken pieces tumble up really nice, I have yet to try to cab it. Harley makes points out of it
Tony.
