I just came across the Agate Lexicon, maintained by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I wish there were photos, but it's cool nonetheless. snr.unl.edu/Data/AgateLexicon.aspI hope it's useful! Chuck

Click on agates under the University of Nebraska header. The page that opens has "Agate Database" as a link. You can select from many countries and regions throughout the world and see primo examples of their agates. I'm putting this link in my favorites. Thanks
