Further to the following thread forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/index.cgi?board=polit&action=display&thread=25257 I need to buy a new 18" saw blade I have a 14" I can put in as a stop gap but that means playing with pulleys and adding a lot more oil. I would rather just wait and buy an 18". What I need is a recommendation as to what I should buy. Also a company who can supply to the UK. I've had a look at various sites most won't ship outside the USA. I have only one supplier in the UK who can supply a blade that size and he wants £235 for a used one. Thanks for reading. Simon

A friend had good luck with Kingsley North's generic 18" blade. ALso I agree with Jack about MK making really good blades.

I called Kingeley North this Morning and spoke with Helen. Kingsley North's generic blade`s are made over sea`s, In China. I only say, The Matrix that hold the diamonds in the slot`s. is not of the high grade as the MK-blades. Jack

I have dealt with these people for several years ... buying big and small equipment ... www.rockpeddler.com/They will send outside the US (I'm pretty sure), they always have a slight discount price, and often match sale prices. E-mail or talk with them.
