A Old friend sold this saw to me this year, the saw has the original wood blocks in it, very low rock mile on odometer. it has never been cleaned, other then the Bird sh...it i cleaned of of it. When the saw was bought in 1982 it had three other friend`s at the same time they were, - HP-36" / HP-24" / HP-16" / HP-14", all were brand new. the family is still in the valley.LOL. I have two of the family, HP-16" & HP-24". Take a good look at the tank....their was a 3" space added to the tank to keep the blade out of the mud. And to allow more coolant to the tank to keep the blade cool. the saw came with a plastic hood though when i show the saw in the barn with a Lexmark printer stack on top and the hood was shattered, Lexmark printer do not hold to gather well from hitting the ground at 40 MPH.!!! I had another 16-HP Saw that was much older though the hood fit well. Dads old 16"-HP well now be a trim saw. If i can find a full size cake pan for the saw. i think it well cover the top of the saw for the table and slot it for the blade. Jack
