I took my Raytech vibe apart to remove the bad motor. The carcass looks like it would work well with another motor. (It is the Tumble Vibe-5)
Any suggestions on what type of motor I might try in it?

If there are spec's on the old motor try to match or exceed the ratings. Horse power (may be expressed as wattage on smaller motors) is a key figure. Speed would be critical and should be the same. If there are no spec's or if the motor is "OEM" (original equipment manufacture) you would have to go through Raytech or one of their distributors. The Thumler's vibes use an OEM motor that has a huge shaft drilled and tapped for the weight that is made specifically for them. You can't buy them from a motor source unless you order a prodution run of them. I think Rayteh uses a weight that set screws on a standard motor shaft. If so, shaft size would be critical also.
