Okay you Genie experts.... Has anyone that owns a Genie ever used the end felt pad?? I'm not sure if all the Genies have the felt pad or not...but mine does. I've been experimenting with polishes on the end trying to get a better shine on my cabs and it works so-so. I made a custom hood so that the polish doesn't fly all over, and that seems to help too. I was curious if anyone uses these, and what do you use them with. Diamond Paste??? And...where do you buy replacements??? I'm sure if I use the Diamond Paste, I have to use a different pad for each grit. Any Help you be SOOOO appreciated. Steve

Absolutely, and Cerium Oxide.
I use a spray bottle with water to moisten the pad , the CO is made up in a paste, and applied with a artist paint brush.
I got mine from Graves, but they're on ebay too.

Genies come with one canvas pad but the available leather pads work better for polish compound. The felt pad though a lot more expensive really works well. On Covington Engineering site there is a polish chart that lists rocks, first choice polish, and buff type. Felt is number one for many rocks.
