Hi Adrian, Just a thought
Ever thought of using "D" wire then you wouldnt have so much to grind off also you would save on silver ?

Good thought Mr. Jack, but: 1. I can barely find the round wire here, not speaking about the other types of wire; 2. I think the bail won't look good and won't let the chain flow through it with that D wire.
