My wife and I have been working on some home made Christmas gift projects. (I have already shown some pics of the table she has started. Tomorrow we will go out to the saw mill and cut some trim and legs for the table out of some cedar logs we have stashed.) My little project has been making a pattern for a little night light we want to make, so while she was setting tile the other night, I was cutting wood and making little houses. I wasn't going to put any pictures of this on here, but it came out so cool that I just couldn't help myself, I took some pics of it tonight. I am making one for both of my sisters and all of Chris's sisters will get one too. The wood is from an Elm tree that I cut down and sawed up. The roof is Onyx. The windows are Challis agate, Montana agate, Graveyard Point agate, and Opalite. Front view, it has a little dish in the front for keys or change or whatever Side view Now the cool part, when the lights are out and it is lit up side view front view back view looks like I deleted the other side view, but you get the idea. I just had to share this one, I really like it. I almost hate to give it away, might have to make an extra one!! Merry Christmas everyone....................Tony

Why didn't you post this ealier Tony>?! ;D I've been brain-storming with what to give my siblings that I can make out of rocks....! What a Great idea and it looks like it's gonna be a sure-winner. I like the tray idea for keys and/or change. I always have a pocketful of change when I come home, and what a perfect place for it. It sounds like I want one doesn't it? ;D BTW, your table project is really grea too. I've been watching the progress just haven't posted over there. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Steve
