Hello all, it was another good weekend, starting Friday evening when I get home to find a little package, from the master wrapper herself, Lori!!! Yeah!!!!! This was a slab Tonyterner got out of the slab box and made a cab. He sent Lori some cabs a few months ago and she choose this for me: I love it ;D Thank you so much Lori!!! Amber

Amber, first your photo taking ability is awesome. I tried to photograph that pendant so that the red in the stone would show up and just couldnt get a good shot of it.
I have to tell you, Tony sent me way more than some cabs, he sent me almost a couple dozen and it just came out of the blue via pm from the goodness of his heart.
I've been thinking a lot about Christmas time and the giving and receiving that is done between members on this board and I am just happy to have found a community where the members really appreciate each other and the tallents that are offered through pics and through the sharing.
It's one thing working with stones that have been milled and mass produced. It is another to work with a stone or a rock or a slab that has been hounded cut or cabbed by someone you can identify with, that you know and in this respect I have become sooooooo spoiled because of the generosity of members such as Toni, Jamie, Steve and Brian.
I am happy you like the pendant and am grateful for the friendship that the sharing has brought forth.
Adrian and Randy, thank you for the kind words. I wish you could see that stone in person, it has teeny tiny crystals within the stone that glitter when the light hits it just right. It gives the feeling of a Christmas wonderland.

The photo really doesn't do the wrap justice. I love the way Lori manages to keep the cab the focus of the wrap while adding flair to the piece.
