I just found a Highland Park 18" Saw for $800. Auto feed/shut off, works good, bearings tight.
Sounds like a good deal to me. What do you guys think?

I would buy it, but then again, I am a sucker for slab saws. That's why I have too many. I really don't see how you can go wrong with it, you can always sell it again if you don't like it.
Merry Christmas..................Tony

If you buy it measure the clearance of the blade. The true 18" saws will take a 20" blade also. You'll lose a little length but gain an inch taller. That's a good price too.
