Well rockitman, I guess we have different tastes because I honest to God think it is awesome! I don't think it would sit well on a chain but a hunk of heavey sterling silver wire about 16 or 14 gauge as a choker or a collar made of sterling 20 g square wire and you have an amazingly beautiful necklace.
And I'm not kidding or being nice so don't scrap it and if you missed the center balance of the stone, you can be creative and add some wire on the back side to counter balance.

I like it! I do know one thing, that style does work great with certain picture jasper scenes.

Yes work is on the heavy side but would look great on a heavy necklace made from one piece of silver. Nice work.

I like it too. It is out of the ordinary but that is what is great about it! a heavy chain would do to support it and really set it off. Great job! Fran

Nah...that is not butt ugly!! It's different and powerful in its unique beauty.
And I must be getting better BECAUSE...the second photo makes me think of a big one-eyed catfish or grouper face! Yayyyy-Hooray!!! I'm seeing images in the rocks again!!!!! ;D

Butt ugly? I dont think so. I like it, its different and when you can come up with something different than the wire wrapping masses, thats a GOOD thing.

Certainly Not Butt Ugly! That's a fun piece indeed, I like the sideways feel, and think it would look awesome mounted with beads maybe, to balance the visual. I love the material, that green is really pretty with the speckles, lovely cab, and a tidy wrap, recycling has never been so much fun! ;D Well Done and thanks for showing it to us Rockitman! Cheers, Sparkles.

I think it is lovely, I like big cabs and heavy silver, I wear all of my cabs on a thick silver or gold omega style chain, and I think it is really nice, and I am not just saying that!!!!! Amber

awesome- braided leather cord- would make an amazing man's necklace. Put it on a silver choker chain for a Lady . I like the sideways style. and yes for sure some more scenic jaspers would be breathtaking wrapped in that style. good job.

Apparently your definition of butt ugly and my definition is very different! That is NOT butt ugly. It's great looking. I love the sideway wrap. It's different, unusual and a real eye-catcher.
