I previously mentioned that I had built screens to separate tumbling rocks from pellets (or smaller rocks). I thought I would post photos of them in use. Easy to make and use. Here's a shot of both of them: Here is the one made from 1/2" hardware cloth: This one uses standard fiberglass window screen, double layer: I put two supports on the back side to support the screen and the box above a 5 gal. bucket: Finally, here is a shot of the loaded screens: And here is a shot of separated rocks, with the pellets and small rocks on the bottom: They're obviously just thrown together, but they've made my life much easier as washing goes much faster. I made one similar with the fiberglass screen and a wood frame. I just stapled the screen on the frame, as I run small batches in a 3 lb'er. You're right, it's much easier than rinsing in a dish!
