I think it looks good! Maybe this cab could be sharper in gold or even a black copper wire with that pattern in it but the silver looks fine! You did a great job and your bindings and you didn't cover up the stone. I bet you are using half hard wire for the square like I am. That could be the problem. It is just so hard to use! Have to have fingers of steel! Fran

the wrap is great but I'm in awe of the shine on the obsidian - what did you polish it with? I've only gotten a smoky shine on mine - (like there's some kind of film on it) What,s your secret?

It is like liquid. It would be hard to get a wrap that met all expectations because of that shine But I think you did good. T

Great shine on that obsidian! I have to say it even if it was said before, but it't really impressive!

That is a great wrap and as others have said, that shine is flawless. Are you using half hard wire? The dead soft is so much easier to work with, less struggle.

Very Beautiful Cab Roger. Your wrap is great also. I agree with the others though, dead soft wire with half hard bindings. You have to learn, just as I am, not to fight the wire. When you do that you will feel the wire flow and you will like your wraps more. We are always harder on ourselves, so relax, It looks Great!!!

I'm not a wrapper, but it looks to me like you are using square wire around your bail, also. I think many other wrappers use the half-round for both the bindings and "around" the bail (which might also be considered a binding, I don't know!)
