...especially pendant. Stones on the pendant are (top to bottom) Fire Agate (Hungary), Obsidian (Serbia) and Green Opal (Madagascar). Ring is also with Green Opal from Madagascar. I made that obsidian cabochon long ago and wanted to do something special with it. This is what I came up with. Thanks for looking. Zoran

Great job, I bet that there weren't many ladies of the realm wearing anything as nice as that piece. That Obsidian is the wildest I have ever seen. Wish I could find a good size boulder of that over here !
Especially if it was in a flat rater sitting on my back porch when I came home from work !

Zoran! I have been wondering where you were! This is a wonderful piece of craftsmanship that looks like it is the best in Medieval jewelry! I love the bright green in the ring and the Obsidian is just amazing! Welcome back! Fran

You wanted to do something special with that opal, and you surely did! Gorgeous work!
Or is this only your cover story? What museums did you visit lately? Where were the guards? ;D

I'm sure there is a lady on here that could tell you exactly how much that would cost you. Medieval money that is

Zoran,
I must say that you are truly an artist. That pendant and ring are simply awesome.
I would just love to learn silversmithing someday.
Great job

You have certainly come a long way!!!! If you want to get a real shiney finish, get a vibratory tumbler and stainless steel shot. A little dish soap, a couple of weeks making noise, and it looks plated! I like the detail on the pendant. Lots of work there.

awesome job Zoran! I think that is the wildest pattern I've even seen in an obsidian cab and I love the barbaric look of the whole piece....Mel

Very cool. I also see a long haired woman in the pendant, does anyone else see it?

Zoran your execution was perfect. I love the rough finish with the style of both pieces; they look as if they were made hundreds of years ago by a master craftsman.
