LOL! I went to a rock show weekend before last and got to chatting with a guy there looking at slabs. He went out to visit THE big Canada jade miner recently. He told me about the several ton boulders of jade the guy had...jade boulders as far as the eye could see. Can you imagine?

I'm assuming it was nephrite jade. I never knew it was that plentiful. Like usual I live in the wrong part of the world. lol

Well, that would make an original looking table if you could get strong enough legs to hold it. Fran At the Santa Clara Valley show this weekend is supposed to be a 3'x6' jade table. I've seen other stone tables at a landscape supply house near me where they just used more of the stone for legs.
