My Friend Glenn Gurney (greenmonster1) purchased three 2 barrel vibrating tumblers from uncle tom about a month ago. I bought one of them, and I'm very happy with it. However, Glenn asked me to put the other one on the forum for sale. Glen is given up on his computer and is just too much for him to post stuff on this forum...but he is a hard rockhound at heart ;D Here it is...the unit retails for about $270 Glenn just lowered the price due to economic hardship to $200 includes shippingcomes with 2 barrels...each barrel holds approximately 4.5 to 5lbs of rocks...quick action..1st stage 200takes about 12 hours. here is the picture. if you are interested send me a PM.

Price is way too high.
The Rock Shed will sell you a new one for $240 with a starter grit pack and a 90-day warranty on the motor and bearings.
Don't forget that a car loses 50% of its value once you drive ot off the lot.

He's right about the Rock Shed's price. I was hesitant to say anything, but he's asking too much. It's a really desirable machine and if the price were down to say, 200, you might get some interest.

Have you tried to sell this at a flea market? or another forum board? It is well worth the price you are asking.

Really, I would try eBay with a reserve. But as pointed out it isn't new in the trye sense and may not carry a warranty if sold. It doesn't have the grit pack or other accessories that would come with one from the rock shed for $240 plus maybe $15 for shipping. $200 is probably an OK price, but not a bargain.

Warranty is very important as they switched to Mexican made motors and are having real reliability issues with them. Amber got a brand new one from the Rock Shed and it was dead in a week. They told her 2 out of 3 motors are dying with few hours on them.
