I've got 4 of these that we got at a show last year and I don't have a clue as to what they are. Here is the rock and here is it cut I can't wait to polish some of it Dot

Dot: Those agates have so many names but the most common I've heard is San Rafael Reef Grape Agate ( so named because of the botryoidal, grape like formations) They also come in a flat form that is smooth on the outside. I've heard the flatter nodules called fossil clam agate because of their flat clam like shape. All come from the area of the San Rafael Reef, a geological region near Goblin Valley and Green River, Utah....Mel

Thank you Mel. One of them is flat. The bumps remind me of the bumps on a frog
