Use a screw clamp. Less than $10 at Harbor Freight.

Good idea Ken. Seems like there are endless possibilities for doing this. I have tiny woodworking clamps that I will try next time I do a wrap.

This looks pretty cool, but seems like every time I try to use some kind of tool like that it makes it harder for me....although, in looking at this-maybe I've been going about it all wrong and placing the clamp in the wrong place! Thanks for the idea Ken!
