In order to better trim my preforms, rather than just keep on destroying rocks, should I :
A: Get a different blade for my workforce, if so, which blade would be best? The Hotdog, or some other one? or B: Get the trim saw conversion kit for my swap top. I see that John at jsgems has it for just under 90 dollars. Which is just shy of twice the price for a different blade for the workforce.
Being still very new at this, I would like to draw on the experience of all you good folks and see what your suggestion would be.
Thanks again; Mike

I can't say for certain, but I think you're going to get the same results from any blade on the WF.

I have used diferent blades on my WF, but the water level is a little low to use really thin 6" blades. YOU might want to look into a dedicated trim saw just for that purpose. I have a tiny trim I am going to sell if you are interested. Contact me offline if interested. dd#carolina.rr.com change the pound to @ Doug
