Well, I had a little time for cutting some slabs yesterday. I did not get as much as I would have liked done but well, it was a start. Here is some of the watermelon zebra from Jamie and a few preforms Some slag glass Some agates from Michael John Some Chrysacola and some with Shutakite from Jamie Some red jasper Some amazonite for a tumble. Tried to slab it and it came apart Thanks for looking! Fran

I have been a little nervous about cutting the shuttikite because I was afraid of ruining it. I finally had to just do it. I cut those thick so I have room to grind and not loose it all. The plain chrysacola is not plain at all and very beautiful too! The agates that I managed to cut from Michael john were so hard! Same with the red jasper. Either my new saw blade is not that great or these are really hard! Fran

you did lots of cutting and i also like the amazonite. I have a couple chunks i have to cut up and have ralph make a cab. Was the chyrsocolla soft? or could you cut it thinner?
