Ok, now this is getting really incredible. First, I wear out the motor for my flat lap machine. I figured I killed it myself out of inexperience and ignorance. So, rather than try to warranty it, I just go ahead and order a new motor for it, and chalk it all up to experience gained. Sooo, today I get the replacement motor, and, it is defective!! Right out of the box, no less. Speed control is messed up. Looks like someone dropped it on the knob. I can wiggle the speed control knob and the speed is all over the place. Yes, I WILL be warrantying this one. Geeezzzzz!! No, I am not gonna say it, what next! lol Guess I'm just gonna go to the hardware store and get me some sandpaper.... ;D Mike

So Mike, how's the sandpaper going? ;D No, really, too bad with that flat lap. Hope it gets fixed really good this time around.
Ed - deeptime - That had me cracked-up! :cheesy: So true, isn't it. What a great line.

Well, I have yet another new motor on the way for the flat lap, and, I went ahead and bought a Lortone LU6X combo setup through Shawn at the Rock Shed. He gave me a fantastic price. Only thing is, it will take two or three weeks for it to get here. Probably be mid to late next week on the flat lap motor, so, for now I just sit around twiddling my thumbs. lol!
