some good stuff that good folks here have sent me. Again, just pre preforms and I photographed them wet or in a dish of water so you can see the shine that they will eventually have. This is from a rock from Michael John Sonora Sunset from Amber I promised myself that I would keep the rocks identified by who sent them but some were mixed up. this is one and I apologize. This makes me smile also From a Chrysocola that Jamie sent me I believe that this is moon stone. Jo sent this This is from a river rock that Shannon sent me This is another Iforgot in which I apologize but it still makes me smile Also, I had to take two pics of this because I can't decide which side will be the front. I have more to show but I didn't want to overload the thread. I know I put smilies all over the place but can't help it. I feel like I'm finally beginning to reach a goal and as Amber said in one of her threads and what Jo did with Michael John's rocks, it really hit home. The best way to say thank you is to show what you have done or are doing with what others have given.

LOL, "don't forget how to wrap", Amber, you crack me up.
Well Lori, you said thank you in a warm and wonderful way here. I was just thinking yesterday that I would make a project day of working cabs from every friend I have rock from. You have a good idea there, Lori.
That first rock from MJ looks like a sibling of the one that became Ed's pendant. Just love the colors in it.
Lookin' good and makin' me smile also. Jo

Lori it looks like you are starting out really well. Soon you will be totally hooked. lol Like you I try to organize all my rocks by who I got them from. The boxes are well organized but I pull one out to cut and forget to put it and the slabs back in that box I get confused. Although Amber will tell you its not to hard to confuse someone of my antiquity. lol Keep up the good work.
