Y'all post something!! ;D lol, Here's some ends cuts and stuff that I thought was too cool to throw into the scrap pile, so I saved them for my collection. Some of them I even shined up the face-cut a little...... This was inside a rock that I received from Jamie...... End-cut from Porcelain jasper that I received from Sieg (Rockkitten).... Can't remember, but I wish that I could have taken a better pic of the druzy top.... Another end-cut from something that Jamie sent me.... Thunderegg from "Toad" ..... Mugglestone from Kim (rockyraccoon)..... I can't remember who sent this one..... Stone Canyon (ebay), started out as a 21 pound chunk. I still have a 9 pound chunk of it.... Fire agate from Jamie.... Another thunderegg from Toad, with a toad ;D Can't remember what this is called, Sandy (chinook203) sent me a box of it. It's really pretty stuff!! ... This is from one of the first boxes that Jo (naturenut) sent me. A buddy told me that it looks alot like Smithsonite.... Either me or Cathy found this one during the visit to Jo's..... Golf ball sized chunk of garnet from a friend..... End-cut dino bone that I cut for Jeremy. This is from the rock pile at the local rock shop....

My friend Bill has "2" 5 gallon buckets full of those garnets. He also has the largest collection of fluorite specimens that I've ever seen, as well as stuff that I've never seen anywhere else. (He also has the largest collection of my wire wraps, 48!!) ;D

Nice specimens... also reminded me on old pals: how are you Toad? how are you Jeremy? Still visiting here?
The porcelain is worth a polish for sure! All the specimens are beautiful.

Fire agate is easy to polish, just hard to do right because if you gring in to it too far, you can grind the fire right out of it, then all you have is "agate". The fire is a really thin layer that's not too far into the surface.
