Earlier today I was thinking about posting about my day, how I woke up depressed and got deeper and deeper into it when I looked at my slab saw and dead blade. The Subject of the post was going to be"You know something is very wrong when . . ." and would continue on about something is wrong when you become depressed over not being able to cut rocks, but the thought of cancer hasn't really caused me any depression (yet). And now for the rest of the story . . . I decided to do some cabs and that was helping some. Then Bruce (hubby) brought a package out to me. Well, once again I am at a lose for words that can really say what I want. The package came from Lori (sitnwrap), inside was the most incredible opal from Bill (pporky), a surprise for me to life my spirits and wrapped by Lori. Gotta tell you that I am not an outwardly emotional type, but my mouth hung open, I was shaking and teary eyed. This IS the most incredible gift anyone has ever given me. Thank you both. Bill I have never even seen an opal that beautiful and so full of fire! Thank you so, so much. Lori the wrap job is unbelievable. So tiny but perfect. It looks like expensive jewelery shop jewelery! Anything I have wrapped looks like doodo now ;D Bill & Lori this will be my good luck charm, I will wear it always. Thank you so much! Here is a photo that does not do it justice. P.S. Got the blade fixed too!

Nancyid ..... You are right about Lori & Bill!!! That opal is breathtaking and Lori ... your wraps (I have said it before) are legendary.
I still am absolutely amazed and floored on a daily basis of well and with how much friendship and love we all treated with here.
The RTH group as individuals and as a whole cannot be compared to any other group I have ever come across in my adulthood.
This is a place to call home.
As always ... Julie

Nancy, I am glad that Lori has done such a beautiful wrap for you with that opal, Thats a piece I found in the Mintibie fields, South Australia and after traveling halfway round the world it has again found its right home. Thanks all for the kind words and especially Lori for the fantastic wrap, God bless you Nancy and may you know that many are upholding you. Bill
