Have you ever made a really nice pendant or freeform, or tumbled a superb stone and then wondered how you could easily convert it into a pendant that is ready to wear? Well, I have a way you can do this for very little money and add some beautiful gold trim to your creation at the same time!
For many years now I have been electroforming an 18kt gold accent trim on many of the pendants I have made. Electroforming is a process where multiple layers of metals are "formed" onto the surface of non-metallic items like agates, jaspers, crystals, tumbled stones, fossils of all kinds, shells, indian artifacts, and many more. The final layer is a heavy application of durable 18kt gold that has a luster like polished chrome. And the best part? This is a very inexpensive process, starting as low as $5 per pendant (plus shipping)! At these low rates, you can also have pieces electroformed for selling at shows for a nice profit. Here are some examples of how electroforming can enhance many types of jewelry pendants:
I usually have a minimum order of $25, but for RTH members, I will not require a minimum on the first order in case you might like to have just one or two items electroformed.
I have been offering my electroformed pendants on my website for years and they have proven to be very popular. If you think you might be interested in having some of your favorite lapidary creations converted to jewelry, here is a link to a page that explains all about the electroforming process, including information of pricing, shipping, payments, etc. I hope you will find this page interesting and educational, and if you are ready to have some pendants electroformed, there is contact information at the bottom of the page (be sure to tell me you are a RTH member), or you can PM me from this forum.

Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from some of you!
