I won the noob contest from Shannon way early this year. Thanks again Shannon, this stuff is awesome, and still full of surprises! She sent me a box full of stuff, including a few Richardson Ranch thuner eggs. Well, I finally worked up the guts to chop one in half, so I had Abby pick one for me to cut. Wow, what a surprise when I cut this baby open. I can see I need to go back a few steps and work out some scratches, and scrub off some polish caked around the edges, but it sure is pretty! I'm thinking of cabbing a slab from the other half. Thanks for looking! Nate

LOL!! Too funny Shannon. I think I might invest in some diamond discs for my machine, my cheap sic ones are getting beat up. I'll get to it. I promise!

I think it's got those lovely clouds boiling up in to the agate at the bottom. T-eggs are so fun to cut!

Thanks guys. Yes Scott it has clouds boiling up. That's a perfect way to describe it. I actually went back and looked at it again. That's really cool. The outside is kinda crumbly, so I'm not sure how it's going to cab... Only one way to find out.
