Half round is what I used when I first started for bindings. But use whatever works best for you. They both look really good. Practice does help, patience can be hard to come by on some pieces

I always use 1/2 round on my wraps. Just make sure you put the flat (shiny) side down. Doesn't sound right, but it is.
I really like that 2nd one. Beautiful stone and the style of the wrap is really pretty.

Hi All!
The eyes are not what they used to be.
Finding the round or square side is a bit tough ... ;D

Julie, both of those are nice, but the 2nd is my fave. I'm with you on the eyesight - I've found a way for ME to find the flat side - I hold it up just under a magnifier-lamp that I use for wrapping, and rotate it - the flat side flashes. (Then of course, I usually forget which side it was, and have to start over!) YMMV - ;D Tom

Very clean looking wraps Julie! I would be lost without my magnifying lamp! It really helps these old eyes! Fran

Great wraps Julie. Your bail bindings are very neat and tight.
I use the loupe to help me out from time to time.
