This imittation gold material is offered in the Alpha supply catalog along with nickel silver and the more expensive GF and sterling material. What is it? My wife uis allergic to nickel and I don't want anything reactive. or that will discolor. Anyone have a clue?

Stick with the GF, you can't go wrong. No allergic reactions and it will always look gold. For silver, get the "Argentium" sterling silver. It will never tarnish!

Still, I'm intrigued. Maybe I can find it in Wikipedia. Softness and other factors are important, too. i don't know if I'm worthy of GF yet, but sterling is just dandy.
