Yes its on a GFI hardly any spray hits the top of motor and that will be adjusted.
The last contractor that owned it surely had it in the rain at times especially in FL.
Thanks Dale, I will be retro fitting it as time goes on. I also will be searching for other saw's as well. You have to keep your eyes and ears open.
Have A Great Day. Cliff

A DeWalt 12" dual rail sliding compound miter saw for $25. Thats one heck of a deal. The new model of this thing sells for around $550

I`m not sure though the RPM is about 3800 on the saw? to fast for a good MK-blade.
And to use a abrasive blade. will the kick backs are painful. and the blade could shatter.

Well I guess I better trash it. Yep, guess so... set it by the side of the road, some fool will pick it up Now, seriously....Good find! (at least it doesn't have a belt ). How many slabs you got out of it so far? Kickbacks with an abrasive blade in a stationary saw shouldn' be much of a problem tho. So looks like the best way to drive is looking out the side window huh? Keep up the good hunting. Dr Joe .
