Another different design..... I had this idea ( so did superioragates ) about a flame type design..... here's how it came out.... Front... back.... bad pic.... The cab is another one from Tony ( thanks so much, man ).... Koi Jasper.... Wrapped in 21 ga square gold with 24 ga half round silver for the binds.... I think I should have done the bail a little differently, but then again, I may just be picky ..... other than that, I like it.... another one I can wear !!!! Is it a little wild? How did I do? Chris

Interesting idea! I love the flaming wire concept. Could be just me, but the wire and the cab seem to be fighting to go different directions. Later, jeri

WOWZER! Another one of a kind design! It really radiates heat! It goes amazingly well with the stone.

Definitely hot! Great originality. I like the mix of the silver half-round with the square gold.

Because the stone is fairly monochromatic, I think it works well. Great job.

Wow, Chris, that is a really neat idea! Would also look nice wrapped around a good piece of flame agate.
Oh, one question........I noticed that you use a smaller gauge wire for your bindings than you do for your main wires. Ive always done the exact opposite, preferring to frame the stone in smaller wire so that it doesnt overpower it and use larger wire for the bindings for stability. How does that smaller binding wire hold up?
