Another question, what is you favorite glue to attach findings to you polished stones?

I never glue, I either wire wrap, or build a setting out of 14K or .925. If however I was to use an adhesive, it would be cyanoacrylate with a sodium bicarbonate base. I have had epoxy let go down the road.

Huh? What is that in laymens terms? It sure doesn't sound like 'Elmers Glue' to me. It this stuff legal?

Cyanoacrolate is Crazy Glue in bulk. Sodium bicarbonate, baking soda, increases the alkalinity to enhance the bond. It is only illegal in Kalifornia. No one has formed enough committees yet.
