This is one of Tonyterner's doublets with his special pearlescent process. I needed a yellow cab as it is a gift for my nephew's wife and her favorite color is yellow. The bottom wires are flat due to having to change my original design. I thought I was going to have to scrap this wrap and start again, so since I was going to scrap it, I just kept playing with it and I think it is ok now. I see outstretched angel wings outlined in black. I think this is why I love the cab so much. Thanks Tony for making this for me. Lori

Thanks for the nice comments.
Marie, I did have a swirl on the side and was working with six wires but all that wire was just to heavy for this cab. I actually cut off 2 of the wires and changed the swirls to prongs. I hated doing it cause that swirl came out really nice. Oh wells, there is always the next wrap. lol

Very nice indeed. I have never seen a cab that color before. I also liked the mix of gold and silver wires, just makes the color stand out more while adding interest to the piece. Thanks for showing this off.

Ya "Think"!! As has been saud, they just get beter, and better. The bail has an elegant simpliciy to it that belies the wire construction. Thank you for sharing this with us. There is no doubt your niece in law will love this piece. Woody

Amber, I had to laugh because you just never know what will tickle someone's fancy. lol. Loved the cab from the get go.
Woody, the bail is bindless, meaning I did not have to use the 22g 1/2 round to secure it. I love making bails that way as it does not interrupt the flow of the wire. Sometimes I can do it and sometimes not.
Thanks again everyone.

Great job Lori. I love the way you combine silver and gold and the twisted and straight. Shame the flash in the cab doesn't show in the photos.

Lori love your wrap, using both gold and silver is great as both go so well with yellow. I looked at your wrap before but didn't notice the bindless bail and then I posted one labeling it different what a hoot. I really copied mine from my instructor. Way to go girl your wraps are always a treat for the eyes. Donna

Oooh, I love that one Lori! I also love combining metals. The only difference I see between yours and mine...........you put your twisted wires in the middle and I put my on the outside.
