Her 2nd, 3rd, and 4th wire wraps! She is Bad-Ass....and getting the hang of it very quickly! Remember...this is all cheap wire,....flimsy as heck. I can't wait to get her some real stuff. Turqoiuse Cab. I saw this one and I loved the black integrated with the silver. I told her I wanted one and she said pick me out one of your fav stones....(Last Pic) Parcelas Agate. She is starting her own signature with the flower type petals on top. Here is my Dino Bone she wrapped especially for me! THANKS DEB!!! revised...she didn't like the foo-foo on top for me. ;D BTW...she appreciates all the kind comments. I'm still hoping she comes and joins us. I don't think it will be too long before she does! Steve

Very cool, those are perfect! The black and silver wire look great together, and are a perfect combination for the turquoise cab hanging from the wax cord. Awesome job!!

Wow Steve, she did a good job on those. I would have made the two top prongs just a little smaller on the purple dino, but that's just me. Keep her busy, she's on a roll!

Those wires *do* blend beautifully--so glad she did this and you shared the idea.

I was going to mention the same as Jo, the two binders at the top that hold the stone in place could be a tiny bit smaller on future wraps, just big enough to hold the stone in place while showing as much of the stone as possible. Lately I've gone with the "less is more" theory, and it seems to work. She'll figure out stuff like this as she keeps doing them.

She could tweak those wires a little by twisting them a little and putting a curve in them. Sort of like holding the wires loosely with a pair of pliers and twisting clockwise on the right and counterclockwise on the left. It'll change the angular look that mimics the shape of the stone, but will bring them back closer to the edge. Just a suggestion... hope I explained this clearly.

Keep all your comments coming and love the honesty! I know she will be reading these posts and taking in all the advice! I'm a pud cuz I've never even attempted a wrap but have always wanted to. I'm amazed at her as well as all you other wrappers. It's definitely a bunch of talented folks we have here. Thanks you Guys and Gals! Steve

Cool! Is that black wire the plastic coated copper wire you get at the hardware store?
Tell her to keep up the good work!

OK Steve, If you really want constructive criticism, my first would be for you, change the title of this thread if she is reading it...(neighbor "Never" ceases to amaze you) Now, as far as the wraps go, she is really on a roll and doing great! As Randy always says, practice, practice, practice! They get better as they go. I love her black and silver combination's It really sets off the cabs!
