My wife and I are members of the Tulsa rock hound society. We have been members for 4 years. The rock hound bug bights us every year just like spring fever, and here we go again! I have a lore-tone combo machine but want something like a small flat lap to do cabs on. I want to make or buy some more machines to do her rock working hobby on. (OOPS!! my rock working hobby). We have a club shop at a local university where we can try out different types of machinery for slabbing, trimming, grinding, polishing and faceting stones with experienced people to point us in the right direction. We are still new at this and have a lot to learn from others. she likes the jewelery and I collect spheres and make gem trees. Thank you for letting me be a part of your group rrwoods

RR, you couldn't have come across a better group of people. I've only been here for a short while and have fostered life long friendships here. These are some really good people.
God bless you all for being so nice to me! And RR, welcome to the family...
