Life has been getting in the way of some things lately, but I miss my RTH friends! This weekend we took advantage of the 70 weather and worked on the yard. My neighbor's maple trees shade my lawn, so we put lime down to try to kill some of the moss growing everywhere. I was running out of room in my basement, so I thought why not store all the rough outside where the saw table is, and then I would have more room to store slabs in the basement. So Tony put the edging in and we made dividers to separate boxes of rough, forgot to take pics of the other side, LOL. But this gives you some idea, I really love the rock yards in AZ, so until I can live out there, this had to do! The one thing about rocks is they can take the weather, I just didn't want a mess, I like my chaos organized, LOL Amber

That looks great and it is not easy to get that all set up! You two worked hard at it! Now, the down side, all the lovely spiders that will think you made them a new home ;D (Sorry, had to throw that in ;D ) Now, I need to make something like that! Fran

Excellent habitat creation going on there Amber. As Fran mentioned, first you will get the spiders. Then the snakes will move in to warm themselves on the rocks and of course, eat the spiders.

Guys geez now you are freaking me out! LOL Well I don't want to get my hands dirty so I will have Tony pick up the rocks, LOL! Jo I forgot the backside it is not quite done yet, there are 3 sections of Nature Nut's mineral Hill collection reserved for when Tony brings his stuff from you, and all the local spots in Birdsboro and Prospect Park. The big honking citirine might come over if Tony can lift it, LOL. I will take some to the NE meetup and tell them it is from you.

Great idea Amber.........we are doing the same thing. However our piles are too big to do all that nice neat stuff. Ours are just in separate piles lined up on one side of the house.. We thought of boxing them in with railroad ties, landscape timbers or something similar but decided we just liked how they looked in piles so for now, thats how they will stay. I hear ya about life getting in the way. It seems like there's just always something to do. Shannon

Almost looks like you planted those rocks what with the little signs and all...lol. Looks like you and Tony were very busy doing all of that. Nice organized chaos.
