Beautiful. My mom had one at Christmas but it was a dud, bloomed at the soil level without getting any taller.

Amaryllis plants are a lot of fun to watch . we grow then about every year . i like the progressive pictures ! --paul

Not only are we seeing the Amaryllis explode it's beauty, but we can also see those sweet baby roses and the yeller violets strut their stuff in the background. Thanks Beefy, this was cool! Jo

Thanks every buddy! I added another pic to the mix as it's really starting to open up now (as is it's companion). I plan on adding a few more pix over the next few evenings just to have the whole progression captured. Brian
