I finally got brave enough to try gold filled. It is very very soft. Almost too soft. A slight touch bends it. Not sure what this rock is, but I like it. Any ideas? In gold filled. Obsidian in gold filled. Same one, the back side. A little agate one in gold filled. Tree agate in sterling silver. A very large one in Sterling silver. Petrified or fossilized Sea sponge or coral. I forget which. But I love the nice lavender leopard print it has. Same one, the back side. Picture Jasper? in silver. Thanks for lookin. Amy

Very nice wraps Amy. I would say they're worthy of gold wire.

Those are all awesome!! I especially like the way you wrapped #5. The cab in the first pic is Picasso marble (jasper). You've got this mastered, but you'll continue to see improvement with every one that you do.

Nice job amy, you are a braver woman than I am, I've never tried gold or gold filled, too expensive for me right now. Of all of them my favorite is the third wrap (little agate in gold). Love that color and the gold sets it off beautifully. Also thanks for posting the backs on some of them. Looking good for sure.

very nice set of wraps! I can't help but think the last one may be a flint. I have some with that kind of patterning in it. Fran

Thanks everyone. Flint? Maybe. I bought a slab at a rock show. Didn't ask what it was.
