Hi y'all, I've been building houses and stuff lately but I was able to do a few more. The first 6 I did for Jim again, he's been keeping me going lately. The last 3 are my cabs that I did for other people. Check it out.... Here's a Lapis almost exactly like one that I did a couple weeks ago. He already has this one sold.... Another Lapis with a cool picture..... Reconstituted purple and bronze turquoise. I liked this one a lot so I bought a slab of it from the same guy that this came from (as a slab) .... Here's front and back view of a goldstone cab, the back turned out kinda cool.... "Crayola jasper", this stuff is badass! .... Some sort of coral, can't remember the exact name but it's one of my favorites out of this batch..... Hey Fran, look familiar? ;D Here's a piece of Fluorite from a piece that I confiscated from some rocks that I slabbed for Fran....... Amazonite from my boss's grandmother's collection...... Sage agate from the local rock shop pile...... Did I do ok? ;D

Dang Randy:) These are so very beautiful. I see you have changed your style around again. Love the way the lapis is wrapped. I believe the coral is Apple Coral from Vietnam. I have some too and I made a tiny cabochon for my grandaughter.

Do you have to ask?? You did fantastic as usual. That first lapis is beautiful, simple and elegant. That purple and bronze turquoise is beautiful too. I'd say my favorite wrap is the goldstone. Don't know why but it just looks so neat. I can't figure out how you have time to do all these wraps, build houses, and still sleep or eat. You must be superman....lol. I gotta find a "jim" ....lol.

These are really cool Randy. My favorite is the fluorite, It looks almost liquid. Is it tough to cab since it's so soft?

The Fluorite cabs exactly like Calcite. You have to go easy on it, and can't let it get hot while dry-buffing.

Beautiful as usual Randy. I actually like the back of the goldstone better than the front. For some reason it makes me think of Star Wars. I guess it looks like an Imperial battle ship.
That purple and bronz turqoise is my favorite. That's an absolutely beautiful rock. Does he have any more? I want some.

Same here WOW! I was trying to wrap last night but my biggest problem is keeping the stone secured. Can I ask on the first one the stone barely looks held in with the wire Fantastic , do you use a spot of glue??? You are definitley the MASTER. Nancy

Thanks for the great comments!! Nancy- I don't use any glue at all, the wire on the stone is actually much tighter than it looks. I do a lot of measuring, 90% of the wrap is done off the stone.
