I need to make a bracelet for a customer and she wants a big purple cab as the focal. I'm looking for either flourite or amethyst. If oval I need a 30X40 or even a marquise shape of comparable size. I haven't posted in awhile due to LIFE but I figured I would go straight to the source.
thank guys

I wouldn't recommend flourite for a bracelet, why too soft and chippy. I'd stick with amethyst, amethyst sage or tiffany stone. I don't know off hand if I have any big ones already made but I could check tonight. If you can't find one from anyone else I could always make you one.

if you end up using flourite, i'd love to see the end result... one of my favorite materials!

I agree flourite, while beautiful, is best for a pendant versus a bracelet or ring that is likely to be knocked around as it is very soft and will scratch easily. A nice big amethyst cab would be pretty.

I checked your etsy shop but didn't see anything that would work. Ralph is working on one for me right now. If that doesn't work out then I will definitely message you

My etsy shop is far from complete. I have about 200 cabs that aren't on there. Ralph makes a darn fine cab so I'm sure you will be happy with what he makes you.
