Howdy. I've got some really pretty 'peacock copper' and I wonder if it is hard enough to tumble. Or should I just admire it..... Any info would be welcome.
Also, when I moved into my home, I took out about 500 lbs (no kidding!) of white marble stones which had been used in landscaping the front and side yards. Not knowing what to do with it at the time, I dumped it into big plastic containers and shoved it to the back of the toolshed.
Now that I've started this new (all-consuming) hobby, can someone tell me if it would be worth the time/effort to go through it and tumble a batch or two?
As always, any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you tumble peacock copper, it won't be peacock no more. The discolour is caused by oxidation of the copper ore. Marble does tumble but you have to keep an eye on it. It can shine real nice. Shouldn't be all that difficult.
