Ok so I bought a few bigger beads at a local store round here...dont have a pic of it yet, but this package hade 4 really nice stones in it so I bought it. Package said it was agate....dont look like no agate I have ever seen but hey what do I know. The stone is a funny bluish green color, and has the shimmer just like tigers eye.....any ideas.... Sorry I dont have pics yet, but I figured someone might know off the top of their heads?

It could be a man made material called Dale Stone. If you have an Eloxite catalog, check pg. 16. There is also a blue variety of tiger eye. Don

It looks like a variety of Tiger Eye called Varigated Tiger eye. Varigated material has the blue and gold Tiger Eye in adjacent bands. Bob

Well off-handedly I almost called the cab pietersite, which is could be considered correct as it is blue tiger eye, but pietersite is usually more contorted/breciated, so ... drum roll please : It's called Hawk's eye. Hows that for a cool stone name? *bows deeply for the audience* "thank you thank you, thank you so much, I'm here till Thursday". hehe

Bobby got it. The yellow mixed with the blue makes it variegated.
