This shell is about 3 feet across. Its my neighbors. I had no idea that they got that big! Sorry it so dirty! We tried cleaning it! But it was getting late and he had to leave. But to make up for that I add this pretty picture There truth in those old myths Ed

3ft across is one big shell. It looks like it has two chambers in it. Very neat.

Pearls are produced by oysters. Clams produce Frankie and Annette beach movies. Or was that Elvis?

The person who owns this clam shell told me they hand polished it with 3-M paper while sunning on a beach in Hawaii really nice job!

well...o.k. after reading a bit more on its appraised value millions might be an exaggeration but its worth more than a few clams... :2cents:
