Dave brought his house creation to the rock show last weekend. I got to see it first hand and thought the night picture turned out neat, so thought I'd show it off for him again. It really is impressive. Lights on Lights off, but the house light is on

It is awesome. I am thinking of copying it for next year for a friend. Any tips/hints/suggestions will be welcome. I assume that I should cut and polish each piece of agate before putting the whole thing together, correct? I've never worked with glass, only stone, but I think I can impinge/infringe on some friends to get tips on using stained glass technique to put the house together...?
