I posted this in the "Slabs and Saws" forum as well. This slab was in with a few hundred pounds of rocks and slabs that I've acquired. It is labelled as "binthalya agate" from Australia, or perhaps "radiolarite". I've never heard of it before, nor have I ever seen anything like it. Can anyone help further ID this pretty slab? Thanks, Tom

Nothing on Google for binthalya agate, but 2,700 hits on radiolarite. Basically a jurassic mud that has been compressed into jasper. It's found in several locations around the world. Don

I spend half my time on google, looking up one thing or another. Don't know how I ever survived without it. Don
