Looks like your pics are worse than your wrapping...

I like it :cheesy: It looks like you used Bikerandys tutorial, I found that gave me the right push to do mine ;D The only thing I see that I do diff. is at the end of the swirley thingys I took the wrap around to beyound a o , that stopes the end from catching on skin or cloth Keep wrapping & posting photos (putter dummy here fights to post poto then forgets what I did that worked  )

Your wraps look great considering you are using beading wire. Once you get good wire, it will be soooo much easier to work with. Does your camera have a macro setting? That's what you need to use to get photos of wraps.

I think you got it, I can only imagine how good you would have done with good wire. I think you have talent! Donna

I think the wrap looks very good too Tim. As far as the photos go, if you have macro on your camera, use that. It's the little icon that looks like a flower on the settings. Some cameras have it right on a seperate button. If there's no macro setting, the best thing to do then is take a picture of the cab from farther away so you get a clear focus, then crop the photo so the cab's almost filling the whole frame. You may be able to enlarge it some also if the resolution is high enough.

It *is* a bit hard to see detail, but from what I can see I think it is an admirable first wrap. Add in the negative factor of bad wire and it is not just good, it is darn good!

Now that you have a first wrap down, you need to keep it to reference once you have done several more. I think you have done a great job for a first so don't be so hard on yourself. Even with a blurry picture, I can see your bindings are nice and tight so they look great! Your next wrap, try and make the top wires about the same height. Even parted a bit, your goal will be to make it sit well on a chain. Your loops on the front look good for the two sides; I would close that loop in the front so it doesn't catch on anything. Just remember, for a first and with craft wire, this is really well done! Now, as Randy always says...practice practice practice ;D Fran
